The problems are that it is 1 and done and if a team boosts their dots to actually have a chance to win then you are wasting flex. Another problems are that anyone that builds a dot that they plan on keeping screws themself if they sign with a peewee team because they can't boost to 4 before season rollover.

Nope, it is one of the problems

Why would you want to buy a Pee Wee league team where you can't do many things as an owner when you can just buy a Normal One for basically the same cost?

Because you enjoy that aspect of the game. Your argument is flawed basically going on your thought process here casual play should be cheaper because you don't use a AI. Regardless of what type of team there is it is still a team on GLB. So all teams should cost the same. If you want to suggest something to help peewee then come up with someway to improve how players are handled in peewee and then you would see more players playing peewee instead of going dleagues

Pretty sure a non-booster won Gold last season.

b4 arguing for cheaper teams, perhaps you should look at all the human owned teams filled with cpu players. cost of ownership has zero bearing on its lack of popularity these days. you make teams cheaper, we'll just have even more teams filled with cpu players. bort could probably condense half the pw leagues right now and no one would really notice.

everyone wants to have control of a team, yet not enough paying agents to support that and make it work ...that's where this game has failed it's userbase!

There's never a glut of people selling their pee wee team because 400 flex is too steep.

Agree with OP and with this. The answer (I think) is to completely re-think PeeWees. #1, it SHOULD be cheaper to own a PeeWee team that any other team due to the very fact it is a "locked" situation where the team will NEVER advance except in the PeeWee leagues themselves. #2, there should be an option for PW team owners (and agents) to build auto-recycle dots (1-n-dones) that CANNOT advance out of PW. AR dots should be half the price of normal dots. AR dots AUTOMATICALLY retire/recycle at end of season. AR dots can ONLY play in PeeWee leagues and CANNOT be signed outside of same.
These two things would not only increase players in PW leagues but also help train new dot builders AND team owners AND coaches. Consider it a micro version of the real thing where new GLBers can go and learn how the game works without having to invest tons of money to do so. PW trophies should also be tiny little things to reflect the disparity between owning (and playing for) a real team and a PW team. PW's should have their own separate HOF for SINGLE SEASON BUILDS ONLY (and PW team accomplishments).

should rethink this whole game approach ...shouldn't be required to pay for 55dots with boosts, CEQs, etc ...it's just too much expense for one team per season ...should be less agents required to pay money for each team's needs, so that there can be more quality teams and more competitive leagues ...it would boost the value of this game, which will bring back the interest and also the customers/investors ...atm there isn't much value for money in this game, which is why not so many investors

What we do know about PeeWee.
To be built good for the PeeWee season the dot isn't going to be so good long term so PeeWee Dots are all one and done.
To boost a dot 3 levels plus buy the gear for a single season is just to costly.
To find people to be ok with one of the above let alone both the above is even harder, which why about 75% of the teams have 4 or less people.

If we tweaked the game so you bought the entire team of 55 dots for 600 flex and up the free scrimages from 2 to 10 and mark the dots as PeeWee which makes them one and done dots that can't be boosted. We would have a great learning grounds for those new to the game and bring a lot of parity to the teams that isn't there between the boosters and the non boosters.
