Then you have a problem on your hands
You may want to create a different position or contact support to see if this is a problem.

This isn't my problem, I've noticed that anyone who creates a QB has this problem. They can't even get developmental league CPU offers. I've already submitted a support ticket or whatever it's called and there's been no response, I'm not sure I should submit one again so early? But it's annoying that my player won't get experience or be able to use his training points. I've searched for teams that need a QB and the only one that still pops up is that idiot human team who hasn't taken QB off their auto offers even though their roster is full. I don't know if that team blocks me from getting CPU offers or if the CPU offers were never going to come. The first QB I created never received a single offer from a CPU or human team. If I click the needy teams button, it would come back right away because there were no needy teams. I've noticed every developmental league team already has 2-3 QBs each...
It's annoying me cause I just bought more flex to make this QB cause I can't cut my other one off my own team to retire. Now I'm going to have two useless QBs that I will want to retire.

No. I think that's a dumb way to do it. It's a service I paid for...GLB should provide me a team.

You don't currently have a QB made by you on your team to cut and retire. The test QB on your team belongs to someone else.

Well it was designed for agents to make players in the offeseason, not now. So most spots are already taken.
Support cut him for me just now so I retired the player. My other QB also got signed by a human team recently in return for me signing a bunch of my other players to the team. Support got to my problem after my players signed with that team though. It would still be helpful if QBs didn't have such a problem though, to both players and GLB itself since new players would probably want QB a lot and not be able to find a team, making it difficult for GLB to retain new agents.

But new agents don't come in the offseason, they come at random times. If they create a QB and wait even an hour, let alone 10 hours like I had to, and still can't find a team, there's a good chance they're not coming back.

D-Leagues will open up spots during the season from players leaving and what not. It's just that they're filled for the off-season and maybe the first 2 games of the season. I think GLB should take the higher leveled D-Leagues and turn them into Rookie/Soph leagues. This is in the suggestions forum if you want to voice your opinion.

Wasn't really a suggestion...I'm a customer not one of their employees...they should figure this out on their own since they're getting paid. It was more of a complaint, I was annoyed that I had to wait 10 hours, did everything on the list you gave me to pass time...multiple times...and still didn't get any CPU offers. Only offers I still ended up with was your pity offer and an offer I had to make a deal to sign my other players to get.
