and 1/2 the Human teams I have found (outside of people I know) last less then 2-3 seasons.. whats the point.. I OC for 5 teams.. I get plenty of forum action on the teams I play for real on... Wanting to have a few dots that I may need later on parked on a team I have zero cares about.. d-teams are perfect for that..
with dead ass forums - lol did you read the part where an owner on a team i signed with Trashed the forum for the entire season.. .. come on now you play this game enough to know that most forums are semi dead.. so that's not a selling point..
Out of I don't know - maybe 30 dots (give or take) I have 2 on d-teams right now.. I may or may not need them down the road for one of the teams I work with.. you know what.. on a d team I can sign him anytime before the deadline... I don't have to wait till next season.... someone goes in active.. Poof replacement... ya I can do that on a cpu team.. as long as I don't manage to miss the pm when it gets bought...
This is all pretty pointless as it's on the NGTH list anyway..
The NGTH list is really the "Perhaps May Not Happen Soon List".

didn't it used to be that way (only rookie D-leagues)? my memory is fuzzy, but seems like back season 12 or 13 you could only sign with a D-leauge if you were under level 14 or something.
the fact that it changed at some point means this suggestion is not NGTH--changes to D-leauges already have happened

Anybody who -1's this is ridiculous. Your reasons for doing so are even more ridiculous. D-league is a blight when there are SO MANY CPU teams in regular leagues.

-1 if you can't recruit players then dont own a team. I have owned a team since season 6 and have never had a problem filling my roster with a competitive team. I bet that many of the players in the D leagues are not that good so the difference between a human player and a CPU is not that far off.
Why do people care if someone wants to stat whore in the D Leagues? How does that affect you? I dont use the D leagues but if a human player would rather be on a D league team than my team then so be it.
GLB needs to fix the leagues and put all CPU teams down to the lowest level, the D Leagues are not the problem.

How are they going to put all CPU teams down to the lowest level? Owners are always going to sell their teams at whatever level they're at. And even though you don't have trouble recruiting doesn't mean other people don't either.

Really? You can't figure out a way to put all CPU teams down to the lower leagues? Day 48 run a script to determine how many human players a team has, if you dont have at least 40 you drop down to the lowest league. Most teams will gut before day 48.
If you have trouble recruiting then don't own a team, its very simple. If you are replacing your most of your roster every season you are doing something wrong. Recruiting starts around day 20 and by day 40 you should have over 90% of your roster filled. If not don't buy a team or just sell the team if you already bought.

Then GLB should lock the rosters for the season and not give a flex refund for that season and they would have less in season sales. This still has nothing to do with the D Leagues, people like to test different builds in the D leagues or as another person said to build farm players. The sim is different at different levels so it makes sense to have a test league at all levels.
With the way the SIM has changed some teams build different types of players as a just in case, its easier on them to store them in the D leagues rather than get stuck with a crappy owner.

Didn't say anything about recruiting, I love when you people assume you know the reason, it's cute. D-Leagues are obsolete, what's the point of having so many leagues there are teams with cpu players in the human leagues, or only a handful on a d-league team? none

So DWO is that bad? I thought with a decent network you wouldn't have to recruit.
I hate networks and don't associate with them and I don't have any problems with recruiting. I guess Dub J > networks. BTW...I don't appreciate my DWO moniker (Dub World Order) being ripped off by a damn network. Could you guys have perhaps been a bit more creative?

Exactly
This has nothing to do with recruiting to me but rather pulling the userbase back together. This isn't just about D-leagues to me. It's also about getting rid of the G/S/C format in peewee and wiping about 70% of those teams. Also would like to seriously contract regular leagues.
