I like it as long it has the same percent of made kicks on the first attempt get missed the second time, as missed kicks on the first attempt get made the second time.

Easy Easy Fix
Add the ability to call a timeout before a kicker kicks under certain parameters. And that's it. Make it have no impact on the game play. It would just be a way for the other team to burn a timeout if they decide to use it.
