thats because you play casual.


but it doesnt take 10 hours to gameplan. unless youre a WL guy, it shouldnt take long at all tbh.

I have been between Recruiting, AI's, Depth Charts, Rotations, Watching Film, Scouting. It adds up and my son and wife have asked me to not spend so much time on here and I am fixing to start listening to them because they are what matters and they actually listen to me, lol.

Find people to handle part of the team planning workload. If that fails, find people to handle the family workload. You don't have to do it alone.

I didn't say I spent that long Game Planning and I can Game Plan with the best of them if I have time. That is the problem everyone is not seeing here!! More Time = Less Agents / Coaches / Players!!

Doesn't matter. The only thing I'm spending 8-12 hours on is work, sleep, or being with the family. All 3 is more important than football. Anyone who spends that much time on GLB needs evaluated themselves, professionally.

Exactly Sehorn, so what do u do? Get rid of some of that resonsibilty before you wind up single. I'm tellin ya

Thx Pack, That is the first reasonable advice I have heard in a long time from anyone. I know I'm just a dot on the sun but loosing me would hurt things. I'm not blowing my own horn but I've been around since S2 myself and have gotten to know alot of Agents and alot of them will only Play for me. I can only imagine things when say, 100 Agents like me are gone?

Good advice. Seriously. I know I've cut back considerably on behalf of family.

yup. I went from about 6 hours a day to about 1.5 a day. Sometimes less. Probably a little more today since I'm here talkin to u guys lol
