Unless it's setup on a package by package basis as well (since a lot of people use packages for their playcallings)... this change would just do extremely bad things to peoples auto adjust. Good idea, but you're going to have to implement it in a different way. It's not simply adding a minimum yards per play ratio throughout the OAI.
