The difference between this and X Factor is significant
First off there would be fewer of these than dots who were X Factors. So the impact would be limited.
More importantly you would KNOW these were Super Stars (if i didnt mention this, the OP was assuming that this status would be in the Dots description. Maybe even a special set of icons, like a Star with their Position letter in it.

Rather then a "Super Star" that when they are all signed to the WL teams will give some teams an unfair advantage why not just reward the agent with another "Free Player" dot for the account for life?
