74 strength out of my NT here, after I level tomorrow morning though.(999 XP sucks) Glad to see I didn't go crazy with strength if other successful DT's are doing it.

yea its when you level from 21-22 or when you pop from 22-23

not sure which way but yea your auto level points definatly get halved

I've confirmed that its NOT at the level up from 21 to 22. I'll update when I have a player hit 23.
