I think its balanced as is tbh. If you invest 15 or 10 in OT killer thats taking valuable VA's away from something else for what a 5% bonus for possibly a few minutes. And slow starter you get that first quarter hit so maybe that helps the team get the initial lead. MAYBE make the first quarter penalty -7.5% or something

wat? OT Killer is whatever. Defense can use that too. Comeback Kid and Clock Manager are indefensible.
