If your team could win you wouldn't have to worry about filling the roster every season

The funny part about that comment right there, this was our first time we had to recruit more than 5-10 players to finish off the roster. And those 5-10 were usually 1-2 inactive agents.
We've been the "underdog" for so long its just killed the game for me. Usually we were at the bottom of the age bracket, 1 or 2 guys would bump us up a bracket. Agents would lose interest in the game and stop boosting (if ya would have seen our roster from last season, ~30 players were under level 72 playing against same age level 79's). Players coming from other teams that had them do their equipment one way came here and had to readjust their equipment and VAs. Stuff like that, that I assume happen to most teams every season. The only reason I didnt sell 2 seasons ago was because I told my team (those that wanted to stay together) that I wouldnt sell until they retired. I'm just so burnt, that may end up being a lie. I passed the team off to coordinators for at least this season but at this point, I see no reason to keep this rag tag team together just to get curb stomped season after season.
But its all good. Believe what ya like. Read into whatever how you will. I really, really just dont care.
