I could see toning them down alot for pee wees and rookie, but not cutting them all together.

Id be fine with just scaling back some.

how much vision and confidence do you need to have to prevent them?

+1 to just removing them from peewee and rookie. It just doesn't seem like they are coded correctly for the low levels. Its gotten to the point where i feel lucky if i only get one at a time instead of a chain of them.
