I can't imagine how long it would take to go through each players page and read their notes first.

I get that. But as a fellow multidotter, I'm wondering if it would make more sense to be able to see the entire note before you click over to spend the SP/TP/VP, instead of figuring out how to set the right alert, much less having to follow that alert to a notes page that may or not be relevant right then. I don't honestly know; I'm using Greasemonkey scripts to put those notes on the appropriate pages, but at least one of my team's GMs is using the player note privately the same way you are.

Well, what could happen is this:

Custom player note goes next to the DOT on the Home page (In a pop-up like when viewing game scores) and it has an option to create a date to give you an Alert (Like a team would give their agents through the team page). It would also display somewhat the same way.

This would allow it not to clutter the Home page and make it to where you could see it right when you log in and not have to go through all your players to try and remember it.

Yes I do like the idea of having either a separate custom player note on the SP or training page, or just having 1 custom player note that appears on all 3 pages. The most important thing though, I think any way, is to have an option like Public/Private of Alert On/Off and be able to check the box off, and have the little flashing "Alert" box show up in the top corner of the player box like they do now when an Owner sends out a team alert. Make it a different color so we know the difference. But again, I agree with you about having to switch back and forth between pages to read the note. Either have the note show up on all 33 pages or have a player profile note, training page note and skill point page note. I assume having 1 that shows up on all 3 pages would be easier to do for the site designers.
