A) For those against it, I don't see why you couldn't make it just like build viewing. Either its viewable or not, your choice. Any person who isn't a dick would make their tactics viewable to their coordinator.

B) This has already been suggested and been said no to.

If they're closed to the coordinator they do.

I coordinate, and if a player doesn't open his build to me I'll likely ask him to open it; but if they don't, he's going to be below almost anyone at the same position with a build I can see on the depth chart.

Tbh, I'd probably do the same with tactics if that "option" were available. Sort of like that commercial, I say keep individual tactics automatically closed to save players from "mayhem" like me (not exactly mayhem, but going with the commercial slogan here).

If you want players to always do just what you want, then play one of the many football sims where players are all cpu.

This would further aid me in treating agents like shit.

Sending them profanity filled PMs threatening their lives is much more effective.

Should amend the OP to "Allow Agents the Ability To Share Player Tactics"

Will add this as a suggestion but will keep this one open as well.

OK, that's not punishing them, that is being a good coordinator as you can't coordinate your personnel to the best of their abilities without knowing their builds or tactics.

The only possible punishment would be letting them rot (which TBH, isn't even punishment anymore since now everyone on a team gets max game xp), and no one even does that anymore, do they?

Again, I like the idea only as an option. Its season 27, and build sharing is still an option. Not sure why some would think this would become mandatory. As long as you give the agents them option, I don't see any harm that can be done.

Build sharing, at least with owners and coordinators, isn't truly an option right now. Anyone who doesn't do it will find some angry PMs in their inbox, and likely lose playing time. The same would occur with tactics, even more so. "If you're following my tactics," the owner or coordinator would say, "what do you have to hide?"...because owners and coordinators forget whose player it is and that the choice of player tactics belongs to the agent.

I'd love to see this moved to the NGTH list (but I guess Bort and Catch haven't completely ruled it out). They have already ruled out and put on the NGTH list owners' actually setting players' tactics. I would hope that they could see that this isn't really different, as most people would be very reluctant to do differently from what owners/coordinators said to do.

However, if it can't be on the NGTH list, it can at least be added to the "Frequently Made Suggestions" list, where threads on it get locked and referred to an earlier suggestion on the topic.

I think the only way this could be implemented is as part of the contract. If the agent and the owner agree to open the tactics for viewing only then that would be fine. But it would have to be up front so that agents can choose to avoid the chance that an owner/coordinator would punish them for not opening tactics.
