If its your first season in the pros because they double bumped you from Reg Pro Comp, yes you do have issues, because you will likely get demoted or be 13th 14th place and that will cost you more than 20 dots, meaning you go through it all again next time around.

Frankly the entire chemistry thing is way overblown. College Football clubs replace huge sections of the team every season. With Free Agency the Pros do it nearly as often as well. The end result is not teams that cant play with each other or run around the locker room shooting at each other.

And there are things the teams do to work on chemistry as well. Team Leaders, Coaching, Minicamps etc.

GLB should have the same ability.

And, as noted in the OP, for pure game design reasons you should never allow your player to paint himself into an unescapable corner of misery as a routine part of the game. Its just bad game design and a poor business decision.

Apples & Oranges to compare NFL and College to GLB:
College football teams have a limited pool to draw players from & play similar level players (typically). When teams lose a large portion of their player base, it does effect the team...this is why almost every conference allows 2-3 games vs. non-Conference opponents. This gives them time to mesh.

Do many NFL teams actually replace more than 10 players in a season? (legit question, but typically you see 2-3 rookies and 4-5 new signings per year)


Since the average NFL career is something like 4 or 5 seasons I think they probably do replace more. 11 on the extended 45 man and practice squad roster would be 20% for 5 years, more if its 4 years.

And if its Apples and Oranges to compare them to GLB then thats just more proof the sim sucks because thats what the sim is supposed to be simming, after all. Its an American Football Simulation. Thats American Football (unless you want to talk kiddie leagues, which turn over 33% in high school and 100% in leagues below that).

and the funny thing here is you stated you are trying to win golds but I notice you have alot of jobs for yello1 teams. maybe Yello1 should make a suggestion that GLB just give his teams golds because he can't keep full teams per this threads suggestion. and he wants to own more mediocre teams in the future per another Yello1 suggestion. so best of luck to you both.

Luckily Bort knows better. Most of the patch today was stuff I had advocated, though not alone of course.

This suggestion is horribad.

All it would accomplish is making GLB more like a video game and less like RL.
