That isn't really the point of Pee Wee...If we wanted to figure out how to stop overpowered SAs we would join the higher levels of GLB. Pee Wee was not originally created for SAs to make or break games...All we want is for it to go back how it used to be where SAs were there but they didn't mean so much to the outcome of the game.

while I agree that pump fake and pee-wee seems to be off, what would be a better fix would make SAs have diminishing returns at lower attribute levels, so a QB can't have 20 throwing and 10 pump fake and dominate. But 60 throwing 4 pump fake might be pretty good

That is a very good idea...Maybe something like Pump Fake doesn't work well when you take it past 2-4 until x attribute is at x number.

Passing boost was implemented in season 13 because in season 12, the entire league wa spassing around 17%

Nothing has changed as far as the SA being better
Just more teams are realizing you can put a lot in it say 6-7 and it's really effective where in the past it was a couple of points in the SA.

If pee wees didn't have SA's I wouldnt be playing. It allows you to be more creative in what you want to build. Nothing is wrong with SAs

Proof that Pump fake does effect your build in a negative way if you negate other areas
The QB with the most on the team is getting out played by a rushing QB with not near as much pump fake. he has a higher passing %. That's what pump fake should be about.

What I do agree with is that it's over powered not by how many times it's called but how many players it freezes up. Now this does need to be changed. I think it can fire as much as it does now but not have the 3 DBs all freeze because chances are not all would be fooled in RL. Especially when you have a deep defender and the player in man coverage. The deep player should not be fooled.

the main thing is that the passing boost will make a QB with no throwing actually be able to throw a decent pass. If you are only going to play in pee-wee, than you really don't even need to put points into throwing, which is crazy

so you mean making the SAs work how they should have worked all along? BRILLIANT!

maybe in the first week or so, but the passing boost declines as you level up. Even with 10+ in Pump Fake, a QB needs to have 70+ throwing against a good defense. Lower throwing equals lower pass quality ... which has INTs on the rise.. and Pee Wee gold defensive dots are getting much better with the accelerated player dev.

Your idea is spot on though.. a QBs pump fake ability should be tied to his attributes. Vision ( when to pump fake) - strength/agility (being able to pull off a pump fake without having the ball fly out of your hands) ...

I haven't had any problems with it, but I'm not in PW Gold either. I disagree with removing ALL SA's, but PF should be bumped down a bit.

I've been beating the reduce PF drum for 6-8 seasons. Sported a Signature for a year asking Bort to turn PF down from WTF to OMG. And yet this BS gets posted in the change log.

- Disallow pump fake on man coverage defenders who are streaking with receiver

May 25, 2010
- Reduce the effect that Pump Fake has on defenders

March 29, 2010
- Adjustment to pump fake to work more against zone and less against man
- Pump Fake reaction is no longer just stopping, but instead moving toward where the receiver was when the fake happened.

As silly as Jim Mora saying "Playoffs"!!

in double coverage,the only guy who should make a deflection/interception attempt should be the underneath man. anybody over the top of the receiver should not be fooled by the pumpfakes. I dont know what any of these replays are looking like to be honest. but I do know that you can PF more than one guy

Not true. When you are in Elite, you stay with the same group of teams the whole way up (except for a few that drop off along the way), there is plenty of discussion (just don't go form a private forum for your league like some have, those just kill discussion as teams come and go). There's less bitching, and you get to know the propensity of certain teams to do certain things.

It will only get worse next season. Catch is talking about upping the vision requirements of defenders. If you aren't 3:1 vision, it won't matter anyway. Be prepared for the defense to be pretty much useless. Pack your bags and join rookie, I am coming out and saying it right now: Pee Wee will be BROKEN next season as they try and 'fix' the WL sim.
