This is what I was thinking. I think the game would become far more enjoyable with better coordinators. Being that I like statistics, the only way to get better coordinators is more of them. And maybe if we get awards, people will try harder, making even better coordinators yet

+1. This is long overdue. For most coordinators this "game" feels like work. This should be added at very least. With an incentive to spend hours going over film and inputing plays while everyone else just builds a dot.

I cant stress this enough. All coordinators should get flex or something in addition to this If it wasnt for them, this game would be insanely boring.

+1. also i really wish the tourney thing was there as my only STs tourney win was in a user run tournament so i didn't get the trophy. lost a lot of care for doing STs after that and haven't done it again since.

+1, but strongly think the "top 3 coordinators" of every league is way way too much except for at the top levels. There are leagues like rookie casual where you can be one of the top three by default. That minimizes the value for everyone else. Maybe just one for rookie-university, two from there to semis, and three for pro/world.

and I'd echo the notion that defensive stats need more emphasis on turnovers

I think a script could be written easily enough to 'find' the top three guys. In my opinion, awards should be given at early levels simply to try and build up a good coordinator base and get people into that side of the game more.
