+1, but I would also add something to the homepage that alerts the player that his coach has suggested a tactics change.

This is still tedious busy work that could be made a lot easier with this suggestion.

as a coach i would rather see the tactics being used by players than this tbh. That way i can know for sure if my game plan was wrong or the players using goofy settings.

Especially in casual where things are a bit looser. Agents seem to be less active in casual, as it is casual. Not knowing the player tactics makes gameplanning nearly impossible. If i could just look at the tactics page and see if it is what I asked for that would be a great help. If it is not where I asked then I could resort to some of the above mentioned... shoot PM, remove from depth chart, talk about trades with agent etc....
It would be very simple, make it a tab just like the attribute sharing option except it would be a tactics sharing option.
