The games aren't won and lost by Effective levels or Supposed talent imbalances. The teams in one conference may look stronger on paper one season yet there GM's might suck. It changes from season to season as to what conferences are better. The way the leagues are set up is not going to change.

First, I congratulate you on the first paragraph where you actually try to make an argument rather than just attacking me. Of course, you couldn't help yourself in the second paragraph and so your whole argument is pretty much undermined as it appears your reason is trumped by your irrational hatred.

As for your only valid point: the analogy to the NFL. It's a false analogy. The NFL has leagues and conferences THAT ARE FIXED. They don't realign EVERY SEASON like GLB. And the difference in talent between even the worst NFL team and the best NFL team is MUCH LESS than the difference between the best and worst in a typical GLB league. 255-0? How many NFL games have you seen like that. Plus, the NFL has a number of rules in place to try and establish parity: revenue sharing; Progressive Draft (worst teams draft first); Progressive Schedule (Best teams face the toughest schedule).

This has nothing to do with my team and everything to do with making GLB better. I have another team that happens to be in the same conference as you in University level, and it is an easy conference where I expect us to win easily. I don't want that either. I want the game to promote competition and you can't do that when you have one conference loaded with the best teams and another conference with one or two good teams.

Being young is ok with us. We beat the number 41 ranked team in GL last playoffs. Maybe we get sneaky on you guys and win a few more than expected. Maybe not. The latter is likely. More importantly, the challenge is fun. Denver does not need to move to a shitty conference to be ok with our plan. I'd rather lose to the best here and know what we have to do (besides get older) to win.

GL to all. May fumbles fall our way. Enjoy your level 72 EQ...we won't know what that is like for a while.

I expect your journey to be similar to ours. We promoted 3 seasons ago with an average level of 62. We missed the playoffs by 1 game in season 1, lost in round 1 in season 2, and lost a squeaker in the 2nd round in season 3. Now we will finally be at full strength and one of the favorites in the East. So, here's to you having a good playoff run in S26.

I tend to agree. It is possible to pull off one upset against a team a tier above you, but at this level it is just nearly impossible to be successful until your dots grow up. In lower leagues your superior coordination can overcome a lot because there are teams in Regional PRO or minors who may have strong rosters but who really don't do much with their AI. Almost all of the teams here have good coordinators as well as rosters. Anything is possible, and let's be honest, if you are in the LOLWest, your odds are much better. But in the East it is just like a meat grinder.

I do wish Denver good luck though and look forward to matching up with you. I know you guys will make it a good game.

I really am confused about something here Eat

You don't mind if I call you Eat do you?

Looking at Eff Level only....really the only thing the leagues can get split by if you want to do it fairly. Let's take the top 16....I won't include the Eagles because they only have 38 dots right now and that will Skew their Eff Level. 9 of the top 16 (16 being playoff teams) are in the East, 7 in the West. So You think it's critical to move 1 TEAM over....ONE...UNO


Add in the fact that your 21 and either conference would be a Meat Grinder to your squad and why the concern Eat?

I will admit that the top of the east is Deeper than the West BUT there are only 6 teams that stand a chance in hell of winning the league and TWO of them are in the West. Would three out of six made you happy?
