We have never farmed dots. We just go get the best FAs we can find off the market. Must be nice to have 10 pro teams to snatch talent from every season.

it is pretty nice...but we could go your route...have everyone go to FA market, see 75 posts vying for each great dot...then they just decide to come to Odessa because they like the coordinators/owners. So we save all the drama, ask people if they want their dots on Odessa and they say "sure". So much easier
