quick suggestion re: feedback about the rankings:
don't read the criticisms. just delete them (as soon as you see it's a criticism, that is)
we enjoy the rankings and appreciate your time in doing them
sadly, there's always going to be morons who complain about that sort of stuff

Seriously: Well, liked the ranking (even though we're sadly just going further down the latter), so glad to see you keep it up.
Maybe you could ask all owner in Pro to send in their rankings or appoint one on their team - if they don't, it's their loss.
This way you would somewhat guarantee an overall un-biased ranking

I like the rankings, I think the format is great, and the round-table quotes really made it a "must-read."
If anything, I would start a CRY-BABIES thread and list the names of the people who are sending you PMs. Let's face it: rankings are made to be discussed; if they have a problem then they should have the guts to complain in the forums where everyone can argue and/or defend your results.
