Add to that some sort of calculation including AEQ. There is definitely a correlation between higher effective level and success, but it's certainly not absolute.

We're in full swing of the 1000 sp 4 aeq dot

edit: 5 attribute dot (cb/lb/ss/fs/wr/hb)

I am very surprised that Alpine is at 4th with 18 dots that are younger than 400 days (meaning 6 more boosts or more). Compared to the top three that has 2, 1 and 4 respectively (Lincoln, Hali, HHWC).

When half the roster isn't included in the effective level calculations, you could put 18 level 1s and still be at the top.

You could also build a team of just centers and punters.

Centers wouldn't help you anymore. QBs-Ps-Ks are where it's at.

If some of them are at positions that normally *would* be in the calculation - then it's still valid.

If you replace a low EL dot with a low EL dot, it won't affect your "average:. If you simply add a low EL dot, it might affect your "average", depending on whether you had an odd or even number of players. lolGLB

That's proof of the reverse correlation between EL and success.
