Now the interesting question: do these high agility/SA backs run on elusive or combo?

i heard that elusive makes them hesitate, so i'd say combo

sometimes hesitating is good. it's like waiting for the blocks to develop.

gotta have a good oline tho.

I love the blocking the sim comes up with. Watch the WR decide to stop blocking the CB who is directly in the RBs path just so he can block a LB who isn't in the play yet.

Well I decided to go with the power back. I'm gonna soft cap strength and I'll have 58 strength by level 4 (that's including equipment). Then I'm gonna get speed and agility to 30 while training stamina and then get my carrying up and add a little bit of vision. By level 8, he'll have at least 62 strength, by 16 he'll have at least 66 strength, and that's not including any points I add into it or the little bit it goes up for ever level up.

I'm testing the agility over speed theory right now. Vision I'm not gonna worry about overly much, just get my stamina and confidence up, a little, with time. Still in the D leagues but my guy is showing potential. I added a bunch of points to the SAs and all.

Here's the last run of his last game. http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=9868306

Agility works, I was a pure speed back but then I switched all my gear to agility and my stats improved a lot. Also my line is decent and always going against d-line 4-7 levels higher. As a speed back he did poorly since he could not make the cuts he needed to break a big play. It was rough watching him play, LOL.

If you want to know my attributes PM me, agility works.

There are 3 types of RBs: Power, Speed and Elusive. Each one is focused around a primary attribute.

Some people lump the Speed and Elusive backs together into Elusive, but this is not the case. Speed backs are not elusive - they're fast. Totally different animal.

How well does each one work? It completely depends on your O-line, overall team and game planning. All three have their strengths and weaknesses, and all three must be built properly.

Elusive backs should have very high agility with speed and vision neck and neck or vision slightly higher than speed. In addition, stacking some of the Elusive SAs (such as Quick Cut, Head Fake and/or Juke) is extremely beneficial.

We have two Elusive backs on my team and they've both done quite well.
