Just as is the BP oil well ordeal. The japanese citizens need to come together and ask the people in charge Why n How.

It looks like the plant that is having trouble is not on a fault line. (at least not on the plate boundary)

It's like saying you can't build a reactor in vegas because it's on the san andreas fault line.
