I have like 4 or 5 scrims out for NBA Jam (66 Avg Level / 1118 Eff Level (75)) to APL teams with a 75 Eff Level. Not one scrimm to 74 Level teams has been sent yet.

Im pretty sure Pairings will be slotted & scrims sent out midseason, after all the tourney flurry frees up everyones tourney scrim schedule
