No offense, but it's always pretty silly to make rankings based off of nothing. Not only do we not know what, if any, real sim changes beyond the new DPC will happen, but also have no idea how the new DPC will affect some teams. Beyond that, most teams replaced a bunch of players. Even the pre-season will give you a better idea of where teams stand, but far from complete.

My point is this isn't a "preseason top 10." It's more of a postseason top 10 if anything.
I'm all for people posting things, but this is completely irrelevant. Not to mention, it's filled with Pariah being completely uncontroversial. As jd said, it's pretty silly not to have Providence in the top 10. And he mentions every single returning WL team as a Notable, and half the newcomers as teams to watch out for.

I'm all for people posting things, but this is completely irrelevant. Not to mention, it's filled with Pariah being completely uncontroversial. New DPC isn't a big deal for anything aside from overload blitzes imo.
