Sorry to hear that. When you do the mass signing, each has to be coordinated individually and signed specifically. The send out is done en masse, but that is it. Not a very good deal tbh. I still havent figured out if it truly saves time or not, as I've had it go haywire before too. I checked and was able to fix it before the damage had been done, but still frustrating nonetheless!
