That guy should be immediately fired, and never allowed back in the NFL IMO. I guarantee the .01 second after he did that he was like "WOW WTF did I do" but the fact is you can't have that in the NFL, and don't tell me that isn't a product of Rex Ryan, that mindset of being the bully that Ryan infests like a plague amongst the organization is a crock of shit.
