The last few years the Phils have spent some money on FA's , but look around the roster, most of the talent is home grown.
They may not have drafted them all, but they were with the Phils as they were coming up.

The only thing I like about Philadelphia is Always Sunny, so IMO the Phillies are just as much as a suck team as the yankees, red sox, cubs, mets...
