I bet if you take confidence to 68 and stam/agi to 50 you can do it. Let me play with it some

This is the best I could do on my first 2 times.
1150 is too many BT's, I'm not quite sure how that worked out.

Including VAs, my currently level 50 QB will have 150 Throwing, 100 Vision, 92 Strength, 75 Confidence, 60 Agility, 6 PP, 10 TS, 10 PF, 7 FG, +36.5% PQ, +25% PD. If that's possible with time spent in the old system and without multi-training, I'm sure a pure-archetype/multi-trained QB can hit 150/100/100 easily and still have similar or better numbers in the secondaries and SAs.

If you have those numbers, what would you need to round out?

Edit:

My own QB could get to 150 / 100 / 94 with a pretty normal investment in secondaries, SAs, and four pieces of AEQ. If I trained optimally like some of the stuff Rage has figured out, I'm sure he could reach 150 / 100 / 100.

I am just curious what do you consider high agility in a Pocket passer or Deep passer qb ?

61 is good, 68 is high agility in a pocket passer.
Some say high agility on a good qb induces more pump fakes - no documentation, but I buy it tbh.

I've seen a lot of qb's and until I saw the one I saw last season, well I'm sold I'll put it that way.

My QB that I could never get to pump fake consistently had 62 agility.

Mine has 71.xx AGI and 9 PF and it isn't very consistent.

decent imo http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=951705&playoffs=0 increased agi to 58 from 50 with last boosts 4 or so seasons ago worked well in S17 and 18 not so hot in S19 so I have to say I am still undecided as to whether taking agi up that high versus using the points elsewhere is more effective but then S19 seemed like the season of screens anyways so....

Doubt it. But it does help your in the pocket movement and is part of the pass quality. So in the fact that it helps on plays where you may be holding the ball for longer periods of time in order to achieve a pump fake. Sure.
