Our offense might have been trying to be productive rather than running pass plays that did not work to see how the changes impacted things. Might not have single covered that WR in the second replay. Who knows. I did not scout you one bit on D and our O was doing its own thing.

All I can say is that last season, we did the same thing and lost a preseason game by 70 to a team that played Sth Queensland close, and then we beat Sth by 40+ in the title game. That is virtually a 110 point turn around primarily because we gameplanned, were fully boosted, and had our morale boosting finances in place.

Why are you bothering to discuss with us anyway? You are in Zeta and we are a 5 win team according to you. Why waste your breath on little ole us?

I think manhattan and asau were solid franchises coming into the pro leagues last season and struggled to win 5 games, it's a big step from AAA to pro's

I think Bug is just keeping himself amused, tbh.

I think the problem you guys might face this season, and snakes22 can correct me if he thinks I am wrong, is that your team is going to be a step or two slower for another season or so. Which, last season was the problem with Asau and Manhattan.

You have good looking dots, but speed is what makes the difference between successful AAA teams/1st year pro teams, and the teams that have been in Pro/WL for some time.

Definitely think your best seasons are ahead of you, just not sure it will be this season, tbh.

Also, last season Bora Bora went from AAA to OPL and won 11 games. A team owned by a good friend of mine, San Francisco Demons, went 12-4 their first APL season. Some teams struggle, some teams do alright. I expect to be somewhere between 5 wins and 12 wins. Not sure exactly how many, but that's why we play the games.

The only record I care about for you is 0-1 after that, go ahead and win 'em all!

A lot of it depends on the quality of your AAA and OPL conferences, as well as team ages. We came in and won 10 games but perhaps we had a tough AAA and easy OPL.

I'm flattered that you all feel the need to spend this much effort talking about my team and "correcting" my expectations. I really can feel the love here and it is touching.

In the end, it does not matter whether you think my team will do well or not. It does not matter whether I think my team will do well or not. The games will sim, the winners will win, and we will keep on gameplanning regardless of the outcomes.

It can happen in so many ways. A good team can come into a league and be competitive from jump and never get over the hump. We have won 10+ games every season in OPL but have come up short each season.

We plan on breaking that streak soon and not by winning 9 games

I should add that manhattan and asau overachieved in AAA ball and came in vastly underleved for the competition that was in pro's at the end of last season not even half our team was lvl 64
