It's not that hard tbh. Some players do not want to sign with teams with the 10 commandments. Some teams just don't want their secrets out so they don't sign players. They are out there, I get tons of pms people willing to make me players as I am sure other teams do as well. It's just a matter of What do you really want.

Also, it's probably a bit easier for you to recruit, being a very successful and well-known gold team. You may get PMs with people wanting to make you players but us silver owners (at least me anyway) are pretty much on our own having to find guys. I've had maybe 3 people ever do that in my 5 years of peewee recruiting.

This. Most agents chose D-League over my teams.

Actually, I've found quite a few dots recently...I have to make like 10 guys for FLG and none for the PNP...
I could probably recruit a whole other team TBH...

As my flex dwindles i am making less and less dots.

This season I am going a no-no-no policy on Pee Wee.

i have to be honest i am struggling this season more than any! ive basically given up on my team to try and fill my bros team properly to make it atleast a challenge for you guys in gold.

i think after this season hopefully my bro will be able to manage his team himself and i think that is where i will give up on pee wee or maybe GLB in general lol sucks as i was just starting to get the know the community and some of the characters around it!

but i cant afford to be competitive as im in silver and im not going to fill my roster because no one has heard of me so i will end up getting the builds that no one wants, so at the start of the season ive already got a disadvantage with buids and if i didnt want those builds i would have to spend around 4-5k flex trying to fill my team which im not going to do, plus on top of that i will get atleast 2-3 CEQ/Boosting teams in my league which im also not going to do and the reason they do this is to get into gold so they can be recognised and agents will want to make dots for them, im not really sure what my point was (Give me a break ive had like 2 hours sleep lol) but i just cant afford to be successful so at the end of the day paying 400 flex everyseason to renew my ownership is pointless as i might aswell just fill my own team and CEQ/Boost.

thinking about it i might just move up to another level as i know a few agents who have done this and said it was so much easier and less stressful, or i might start saying i am in partnership with SBWL or Crackertown

Everyone in Pee Wee should just agree to all buy level 14 teams next season and move their players up instead of recycling them. Keep the community together by not doing 3 level jumps, and with our expertise most of you will find winning a level 14 league easy (unless you are up against other PWG guys), but if not all you need is to make to to playoffs to stick together.

Recruiting was unbelievably easy for me.

Yea man I really reeled those suckers in with my huge recruiting pitch got 55 dots on day 41!
