u cant really complain about them tbh when u sold ur team allowing them to get in no matter what method was used to get in

I didn't threaten him. I just made an observation. I don't think that me implying that calling someone evil for being in Gold is stupid, is any worse than implying that someone is evil for being in Gold. I can't imagine he'll be sending me any PM's, and am fairly certain I wouldn't respond if he did. To be honest, I get a kick out of some of his posts, and other times I think he actually has some valid points. I just think that bashing the owner of this team is inappropriate.

Your team was promoted via the basic promotion script stepside, these guys were indeed PMed and asked if they would accept an invitation into gold.

Did you ask PC directly and did he say it? Lone Star was probably switched with them on accident, and now you've gotta be a dick about it and bash him when you know absolutely nothing. I worked with PC on Erie Freeze and Vation City, and he's a great owner that may not succeed, but he'll try his best no matter what.

OK, fair enough. I still stand by my statement that implying the guy is evil is a bit harsh. Whether the spot in Gold is deserved or not is a legitimate debate. However, I would think all "blame" should go on GLB for making the offer. Most owners of PW teams aspire to reach Gold. This guy was simply given and opportunity and accepted it. That's life man, not evil.

Actually I do know for sure he was asked to be promoted to gold, support has told me so themselves, I also am under the impression that this will likely be fixed before the schedules come out tomorrow by support.

This is still in question however, and all teams who could potentially be promoted have been notified to contact support with their claim asap.

first off i dont get why you need to get involved in this whole situation...u have barely sniffed gold and seem to be the only one who cares about them being here...i have yet to see one team that has got "screwed over" on here complaining

also, its beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable for GLB to discuss this with anyone other than a moderator or admin...if they feel that it should be made out to the public, then it should be up here on this board, not in a PM with any one customer...as a paying customer myself, and a gold league veteran I am outraged that this situation is being handled the way it is

all in all...just another reason why i will never pay another dime to play this retarded game
