Avenger wouldn't OC or sign his players with my team because he wants them to play in the casuals rather than regulars. You've gotta hand it to him. Dude is totally hardcore when it comes to the casuals.

meh, ive only built i think 3 actual CBs. my retired lvl 63, my current lvl 51, and then my lvl 20 or so returner. i have built others, but those hardly count as they were me more or less trying to figure out how to slow build, haha. i got it down now though

for like any CB. there really shouldnt be too big a difference in VAs between a shutdown guy and an INT focused guy. most of the difference there should probably be in SAs (SH), and attributes.

Yeah, I agree with that. The biggest difference will be SAs, maybe the catching attribute and tactics aggressive VS semi-aggressive...
BH, clutch, etc should most likely be present in all CBs...
