They are both Crazy Cheap now.

But since this thread seems to be an XBOX vs PS3 thread. I'll throw my vote into XBOX's hat. Throughout history, one factor has always directly contributed to the success or demise of a console. It's Console Specific titles. And up until recently PS3 hasn't had much in the ways of PS3 only releases that were actually good.

I'll give you that there seems to be some decent looking PS3 only games coming out this year, but man, it's been almost 5 years since PS3 dropped. the Box is ALWAYS coming out with 360 only Content...

For the above mentioned reason my PS3 is only a BluRay player now...no wait, my son still plays Ratchet and Clank...

Actually I think they are/or might be doing like we did and trying to recruit PS3 gamers that are specifically in PeeWee League.

Just like we have with the XBox since PeeWee League agents pretty well know each other.

I vote leave the Xbox and PS3 Threads here for a little while longer. (For recruiting)

We don't hang out in FFA. FFA is it's own community, this is the Pee Wee community... moving stuff to places where we don't talk is what kills forums imo.

QFT, compare the activity of the Gold Pee wee thread to my minors team. it's like over 9000 to 15 posts. It's sad there. People only play GLB for the forums, cause we know it's not the sims.

Yea i regret buying my PS3 the only real reason i bought it was to play my PS2 games since that system crashed but i found out that i have to spend more money if i wanted to do that.

So i still bought it for lawls maybe theres games i would like....Like MAG.....well that game made me want to shoot myself.

Also X-BOX 360 all the way. so much better shooters games

We threw on Clan Tag (GLB) if you want to do the same.

I have both in my house. Both systems have positives. PS3 is (or at least was) the best and cheapest Blu-ray player available. They'd better hurry up and release Gran Turismo 5 though, GT5 Prologue can suck my left nut. No way I'm spending that much on 1/4 of a game.

I vote 360, love the shooters and sports games.

Don't use the fact that Microsoft pays more people to keep games exclusive as a reason as to why the SYSTEM is better...

Doesn't the quality of the games available have a lot to do with which system you'd rather play? I don't think there is much question about PS3 having more capabilities, but if it has lesser games and poor online play that needs to be factored in.

The other big component is which system the games are made for. The original XBOX was a more powerful and better system than the PS2. But the PS2 came out first and had more market presence. So most game makers made their games for PS2 and then adapted them to work on XBOX. Not surprisingly, this made most games run/look/feel better for the PS2. Plus, since most games were made for the PS2, they didn't use the XBOX's full capabilities. It wasn't until later when exclusive games like Halo came out that you began to see the capabilities of XBOX.

Now the roles have switched. The 360 was first to market and holds a larger presence. So now even though the PS3 has better capabilities, most games are made on the 360 and are, in turn, a little better. PS3 has really just recently started unleashing some relevant games that are PS3 exclusive.

And maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think it's really a matter of Micro paying off game-makers. I think the majority of XBOX exclusives are made by Microsoft (like Halo).

They do pay people to keep games exclusive, and there is not poor online play on PS3...

Halo isn't even a good game, I don't see how it ever got popular, I feel like I'm watching some pathetically animated cartoon, I just don't get it...
