I know ijayarider and I now he's a very reasonable dude so I take him at his word.
Lucid ffelt like losing 240-0 was a bit off and guess what? So did Bort and Co. You can feel like 240-0 was a moral victory, but we've seen that not even the creator of GLB felt like it was legit, so I don't see where you're getting off being all high and mighty on your dots.
Yes, drfiting, is on your team and I know his prowess as a DC and general dotmaster, but I doubt they're 240 points better than w_alloy's OL. That's a mistake in the sim.

Yes, people are sensitive, but I trust some people more than others. When newbs bicker, that's no thing, but when it's w_alloy's builds in question and ijaya is backing it up, I tend to listen.
Now, I'm pretty sure you guys will beat us but I hope it's not by 240

As the owner of the Smurfs, I agree with the posters from Lucid on this one. Even if we're on the positive side of games like this, it's bad for the game and I don't like it.
I've seen w_alloy's builds (who hasn't by now?) and I can say that if they favor stamina and confidence in the sim, we improve as a team by a large margin. When we slowbuilt, we didn't do what I call power build and allocate our SPs into a couple of attributes. Our builds are better rounded than most which was not the way to do it in the old sim. Now that they made some changes, we have an edge that used to be our weakness.
I'm okay with making improvements but I feel that they take changes too far and struggle to find a good balance. Elusive backs ruled GLB and power backs sucked in the beginning and then power backs were unstoppable for a couple of seasons and then people bitched and then they gave Spin a huge shot in the arm and then elusive backs were not only relevant but they were back to being the only effective option on the ground again.
BTW, I'm pretty sure Cow is just trying to get a reaction from this post.

I just don't agree with seeing some dominant HB builds and their stamina and confidence were barely capped.
