i haven't had to deal with it so i can only factor in opinion but i too would just cut him and tell the team thats it. you can't help everyone start. but if you have to ban him from team forums you might as well just boot his ass to a scrub team somewhere for cash.

FlyersSuck is right. Like I said, we tried that last year, and it lead to more people wanting roster changes and it makes a mountain out of a mole hill. Building up our chemistry is priority one this year.
