If they're going to stick to the tiebreaker and that's it, then so be it. PA is bogus as I know for a fact Crib loaded bogus DAI at the end of the season (see the last 2 games) to not show anything for playoffs. PA is a stupid tiebreaker anyway when they don't play the same opponents. All I know is Crib is a missed FG (that was an extra point distance) or a 4th and G from the 1 away from beating FT and rolling into Gold. FT has been held back for one reason or another for a few seasons and finally got there (long time deserving). Crib pushed them to the limit and easily could've won. I haven't watched the Dirty playoff game, but I do know it was close. If you have to choose a tiebreaker, then so be it. There are just better ones that PA -- like OT losses the way they do in hockey.

Now, I'm out.

Dirty lost on a pick six with a few minutes to go.

Not a matter whether its deserved or not, about knowing the way in which they choose the people who advance to gold, apparently regular season record means more than advancement in the playoffs, which changes completely my outlook on the regular season...

it would then go to PF, which dirty has a clear edge in... given these two teams were bidding for a playoff seeding in the same league, dirty would take the seed...

...and Crib got hit with a bogus stop on 4th and G from the 1 and then a missed FG from extra point distance. They lost in OT (deeper than Dirty if you want to be technical -- Crib played more minutes in playoffs than Dirty, so technically they went deeper).

And I fully agree. If you saw my lost post, I feel it should've been Crib (You guys should've been there inaugural season) > SAS> Dirty.

Still as I said before SAS and DIRTY tied in PA so who gets that tiebreaker, PF? If PF is the next tiebreaker then SAS>DIRTY... SAS had 1332 PF and DIRTY had 1314 PF.

Yeah, I know. I'm not arguing with you, E. This just shows they need to make a better way to determine who goes. Heck, make the teams play each other on day 40/41. Winner takes all.

I don't think it had anything to do with records, PA/PF, who went deeper, I think TO just chose Dirty to take their spot and asked support to switch them.

I agree I don't think they actually looked into it, so who knows what the actual promotion is, but if they really did look into it, it would be SAS>DIRTY literally to go to gold.

McCollums used witchcraft on my team i dont care what he says. The Sim was way FUBARED that game vs them. Hell I didn't change up my OAI much and my scatback that led the league in receptions never touched the ball. I know McCollums has a good defense but so does 15 other teams we beat during the season. Say what you want about winning scrims, I do think they can be used to measure a teams quality. Most if not all teams want to win the hardware so I don't buy the argument that teams don't gameplan for tourny games.

Like I said, I don't like getting in Gold like this. But I feel better about the quality team I have making it in versus a lolwalk by an untested team in a shitty league tbfh.

Yea you guys have a great team and all and are defiantly worthy to be in gold, but the promotion system is really messed up if it works how others say it does. I would have declined if this was my team that was asked... A. because its kind of embarrassing to tell people you had a 2nd round playoff loss but still got in gold, and B. They didn't even check to see what team should actually go to gold, which would be SAS.
