Wasn't a joke, we've come to the conclusion having 2 WL teams with one always being second fiddle to the other doesn't make sense.

If this isn't a smokescreen i'll breathe a sigh of relief for one less crazy hard game to play and appreciate the support. Will have to check up on jamarcade throughout the season in wepl to see how you do.

Plus, i liked jam arcade better than the original jam anyways. More fun to play in front of a crowd of people on those machines. My favorite bar in college had a genesis/nes/snes behind the counter and drunken nba jam games were incredible. Once i actually beat a friend by like 35. I didn't think it was possible because when you're down 10 you hit every 3pointer.

I don't know how the roster shakeup will treat some of the teams from last season but baden, warsaw, bath, and lyon will be good from last season. Baden had a really young roster last year but did well and probably will be amongst the top 3 this season. I don't know how the rebuilding for others are going and know nothing about aaa teams

Sounds like the greatest bar ever. Clearly a genius put NBA Jam in a drinking hole.

Thanks - not sure if we will make it into the top 3 but we sure will try as hard as we can...

Our roster is complete, all players are signed and our chemistry has some time to build up again - we'll see if that's enough to win a few games more than last season

The games rotate unfortunately. One night they had Jeopardy which was awful because it was just a lot of clunky spelling with the d-pad. Mariokart was win though. Too bad the bar mostly sucked other than that. Would love to start a bar with that feature up here

If you have a young enough bar crowd I don't see how it couldn't succeed.

Baden could win WL Gold and Das would still think his team is just ok. Baden will be tough in Zeta this season.


For Alpha if Parma stuck together they would probably be the favorite...they were arguably the best team in alpha last season. Lux would be 1b. Parma and Lux should probably be playing for the trophy in alpha but from my AAA2 days I can say DSBC and the Red Bulls are tough. Red Bulls are similar to Speyside and should see their builds start to hit their peak towards the end of the season.

Appreciate the kind words but last season we did things on smoke and mirrors, and with the turnover that we had due to aging, I don't know that we can live up to this kind of preseason hype. (Granted, it was *good* smoke and mirrors...but once again our shit didn't work in the playoffs.)

Well if a team is beating us this year it is either due to a massive amount of s5 dots or solid s6 builds.
