I went with Diving Tackle just in case my CB gets beat he can always jump and get the tackle.

my thoughts too...but I can't imagine a scenario where I would dump points into diving tackle before get 10's in change direction, swap ball, super vision, and shutdown cov.
Same here but after i get those abilties up i will put some in Diving Tackle.

I went with Aura for the possibilities of Aura + Showboat. Might completely make useless a WR.

I'm very curious to see if this combo works well.

Going with Zone Focus. Just because it's a "Man Specialist" doesn't mean he can't play zone too. The CB only gets a Closing Speed penalty... so what?

I went with Aura of Intimidation to keep the WR in check.

something i copied from a discussion about the new SA's for CB's....could be a good choice

Stuff like jump catching could help, because it's basically just a bonus to jump catch height and catching ability. Catching is catching is catching.

I just rolled a +3jump/jump catch piece and I'm seriously considering parring that with bonus Jump catch SA for 10 in jump catch. This could be a pretty sick combo to go with 73 jumping, 10 in Sticky Hands and 10 in Super Vision.

Head Hunter is a good option........

If you hit somebody behind the line scrimmage you should be at top speed already....

You don't reap the rewards of the SA fully given that CBs don't have monster hit or big hit.

I went with wrap-up tackle as well - my CB makes many attempts on running plays.

I went with Jackhammer. Where do you think I get STR/TKL for it to work say 2+ times a game?

60/60?

well my lvl 63 (retired) had it work about once a game with... i think he had 53/49... but since the SA version is supposedly weaker than the VA, and youre shooting for twice a game... i would say 60/60 minimum, but would think about pushing them even higher... which is easier done with HH archetype CBs than MS archetype CBs because of the ALGs.

rather have 48 strength/68 tackling than 60/60 if I were focused on KL
