CBID doesnt gameplan. We just use basic tactics, and put random numbers in for each game.

Moose Jaw makes adjustments all season long.
That said, we are not a good gameplanning staff.
I'm familiar with 3 pro staffs (watched them a lot or workd with them)
- those of KC, Saskatoon Silverbacks, and October Wildfire.
They are all better staffs than us.
Queensland doesn't have to gameplan because they have great builds
with no holes in the roster and they build to a common vision (I think).
Kudos to that owner and their agents for keeping that together.

If game planning is a concern, I still think you guys need to open yourselves up and get a guy who can game plan in there and tell Riots to shut his trap. Be perceptive to change and accommodating to newcomers because I'm still pretty mad at how I was treated there, no offense to you Dimmy.

I was with Chocolate Blaze for a while, and they don't do shit to gameplan. Most dead forum I've ever seen. Sooo boring. OK, top 2 teams in GLB, but what's the point without adversity? I <3 needing to gameplan sometimes

I enjoy occasionally helping out with the OC scouting. DCing, however, is black magic, and I have no idea what strange rituals go on over there. All I know is somehow we end up with a defense that kicks a lot of ass. I expect it has a lot to do with the dead chickens I find around the locker room.

Yeah our defense is ridic, and daman puts in way less work than I do on offense. Not fair

Did you have to make a topic about it? I wont humor you by responding in it. Regardless of the opinion over my suggestions (VA guide, tactics, game plan, or otherwise), I was helping the team and getting them ready. If that makes the suggestions stupid, then that's your opinion and you should have voiced them while I was on the team. My post was a legitimate concern. well MJ was fine before Remedy and we're fine with out it. I mean really, we had no VA guides, tactics or game plans but we managed to go 16-0 twice and win 2 league championships. I really liked some of your suggestions i just think it's laim for you to say that you are mad over how "you were treated" when everyone was welcoming, but because we voiced our opinion about a team we've been a part of since season 5, suddenly we treated you badly? And this comes out a season later. It didn't work out, you moved on, get over it. Why try and make some laim comment like that now?

I'm not on the team anymore, so yea I shouldn't speak for how you guys do things, so I apologize for the earlier comment. Because I was accepted as an OC, I felt an obligation to put in the time and effort. Dimmy wanted a different perspective on things, so if that's what I provided, then great. Sorry though if that perspective conflicted with the team.

Actually, everyone was very welcoming, including yourself. My only issue was Riots. Reference his first post in my introduction topic if you still have it on the board. Everyone else was awesome and had Riots not been a co-owner, I'd be fine with it, but when he as a co-owner is saying not to game plan, that's discouraging for me as an OC who was brought on to give fresh perspective.
