By definition it's an exploit. If you are running the same 8 or so plays a game, 10 times each, because the SIM is too broken to stop it, it's exploiting.

So basicly a easy summary is that it is 100% Borts fault for having a sim that allow these things. I dont blame APP.

And I heard the assistant OC over in Cinci is pretty mediocre, I am not sure just how far you guys can go
