I'm not going to talk smack about them. I had a player on their team last season. I'm sure they will take their lumps this season. But they are a well run team.

It does seem like a questionable decision on Bort's part. But maybe no one else put in a request. I have to at least give them credit for having the balls to make the request. And I'm sure they won't complain when those balls get kicked in. OK. Maybe just a little smack talk. lol

But for everyone out there that is saying AAA teams are more deserving, I agree 100%. I guess we're just the only ones that put in a request to get moved up.

People bitched about the Sumatra Sting too but that didn't last very long.

Sumatra Sting was a lot higher leveled than the Rumrunners. And they were awfully good. They still shouldn't have gotten to jump all of the teams they did. But they proved they could play. I didn't really care b/c I wanted to move up by winning something myself. Alas, we were promoted the next season by attrition. I don't think the fates will be so kind to the Rumrunners as they were for the Sting. Just can't see it. Not trying to put y'all down. It just looks impossible at your levels to compete here. I think Creeker's team would give the league much better games. And technically, they & about 31+ other teams do deserve to be here more than your team. But fuck it. Bring it and maybe you guys will correct us.

PDP started a new team in SEA Pro in season 2. Season 3 we managed enough wins to stay in AAA. Season 4 we pulled a 9-7 record. The Rumrunners will probably head back to AAA, but hopefully they will bring something to the forums, unlike certain Angry Bovines.
