When it comes to strategy, AI, and getting the right builds on my team....I have to say that's what got us here and there are probably not many better. The more strategy that gets involved in this game, the better we get.

Recruiting on the other hand.......it's a F'n bitch and I hate it, but that's what happens when you are a nobody. Just having USA Pro by my team has made that much easier, but it still sucks.

In all reality, my expectations are pretty modest. This is my first season in the Pro's and I don't expect to get the respect just yet. That will all be earned in due time.

Now that it's all watch me, I can't wait for my inaugural season in the Pro's.

I know it wasn't directed at me but, yes. I do 90% of my team's recruiting. I have a couple guys that help out, but in most cases, I've seen the build and agreed to it before adding the player to the team. And yes...I scout, run the defense, and have a hand in the offense (usually handle a game or two each season).

I also feel your pain on the recruiting front. I don't have a huge network to draw from...its all PMs, offers, and ass kissing. And USA Pro does help.

That said, you got a pretty good endorsement from an agent on my team...and I respect your honesty. Good luck this season...it could be a long one, but you seem to have the attitude to stick it out, win or lose. Unfortunately, I learned to lose here in USA Pro.

it's all good coachviking. I know you have a great squad. It's pretty much a given in USA PRO or WL drop outs. You earned your way to the top quickly, and that says something.

45+ points with our AAA Champs Squad with a bunch of builds that deserve to be Pro? I still don't think so. You can only build a player so good these days.

Annoying tool would only be the opinion you have formed from the last day's posts. You will turn out to see differently as the season progresses. I barely post anything that sparks any sort of annoyance or controversy. Today is just a special day, and you happen to be the mouth on the other end.

Anyways......win, lose, or draw.....we will play with dignity and always give our props in every match up.

GL to everyone this season. I am going to look for some more scrubs to hire, since that is all there is to do right now.

Well Hell....I am one of those new guys that finally made it to the Pro's.......
Most of you probably have never heard of us........
Not exactly sure about the below average ranking, but Jon ranked us as just average last season in the AAA and we made it to the conference championship.
If ATKM and Grand Haven are just average in this league, and that holds to be true, then I am very humble and it could be a long season. As these 2 organizations are easily the best competition the Raptors have faced in 9 years in GLB.
For what it is worth, I do EVERYTHING for my team. Recruit...Plan...Scout..Write both AI's and do all adjustments. I also keep a historical record of every single game, single season and franchise record for the Raptors since their existence. Because I cannot rely on any co-ordinators to handle adjustments game to game, there is no way to REALLY put the AI I would like to have against each opponent into effect as there is just not sufficient time between games for one person to do this.
I do however; encourage everyone in the East to consider us their bye week........come playoff time we will be the ones saying bye !
