What the hell is there some sort of organizational problem going on here? I sent a PM within an hour of the announcement and we don't get in? Get your fucking act together.

I also sent a PM really quick...and mine was one of the ones that got lost. They likely lost the earlier ones received.

Did you send the follow-up e-mail after they announced they'd lost some and that we needed to re-send?

Follow-up e-mail was sent within an hour of the announcement that they had lost the PM's.

Odd...especially since they didn't get enough teams so they had some forfeits.

I believe that some of those forfeits are because they inadvertently scheduled Cap-14 (and other non-peewee) teams that applied for the PW tournament.

Well that's BS that we don't get in.

I've apologized for the issues we've had with this tournament profusely in public and PMs to several teams.

I completely understand the frustration of some users, but there isn't much more I can say except that I am truly sorry for the craziness that ensued when I lost the PMs and scrambled to fix the issue. These faults are no one's but mine, I take full responsibility and know that I have to work to show the community that I am committed to doing a better job next time.

Again, I understand how important this is to some. I apologize to those who feel slighted and hope we can continue to do fun things for the community.

I just looked again at the brackets, and there was only one forfeit. So I was mistaken in my earlier post when I talked about "those forfeits".

As much as it sucks for 1kwerdna (and I'm still hopeful that he might go in as a sub to play Maryland City Green), I think "Tournaments" has done a decent job, especially considering the fubar with the lost messages that started this mess. Go mariners.

I'd love to slide him in, but I just don't have the ability to do so. I just have to take my beatings and hope people give us another shot in the future to run things smoothly like they have in the past.

Just an overall lack of professionalism and organization is the general reason why I've decided to cut my losses, never buy flex again, and slowly ease out of the game. I honestly think that the people in charge here forget that we do pay REAL MONEY for this game.

If it's ok with Tournaments, After we play our scheduled game on day 5, you can have our spot in the tourney. I don't mind because we play a ton of games anyways and I have plenty of trophies to show we are good

That's really generous of you but Tournaments clearly REALLY wants you in the tournament.

If I were GLB I'd take the "Official" tag off of this tournament

The fact that I pay money just as much as everyone else and this is an "official" feature of the game just proves that this is garbage.

This whole forfeit if another Scrim is scheduled on the same day rule is crap. We do NOT have the ability to retract a scrimmage once accepted. If we make a mistake, OOOPPPS. See ya next season!
