I've had a special batch of SSB CPU players stuck away in a corner for a few seasons now, pumping themselves full of steroids just for this season. They are so overpowered I think I could beat a WL team with a 20 man CPU roster!

Death Valley Dragons are looking to be involved with as many tournys as possible, I realize this kind of spoils the idea of an 'invitational' but if you do need an extra team we are interested.

I didn't actually own the team last season so we did indeed lose in the 2nd round of the copper playoffs, which you have mentioned is more than enough to probably rule us out of the tournament, but we had a non-boosting non-CE roster last season, and I had a bit less control of the team than I do now as an owner this year than as a HC last season, so I would really think the tournament would be missing out not having the Dragons.

Last season records aren't the biggest factor in the invites. Roster size, gm's, league all play a major roll. Record will factor into the seeding tho tbh.

I waited patiently too see if an invite would come, but nothing yet. I know my team meets your requirements.
