It's pretty sad to merge teams in my opinion. Everyone recruits, if the Flames have hole we recruit for the hole. We don't throw a loyal agent away because we can merge teams with some d-bag organization like the ones you are involved in from USAPL to make the ultimate super team. I always preferred to have a group of guys we kept together and see what we could achieve. The core of the Singapore Flames is the same core of players that started season 1 dotball, figured shit out together, and advanced to the highest league in the game. We are all friendly with each other, and wouldn't throw away a loyal guy who has been here for 11 seasons to say "Oh shit, let's merge with TKW like a bunch of fags so we win more lolz."

we really didn't throw anyone away in the deal...a lot of the guys retired their dots...

on the flip side...hazy wanted his players up in the WL and both WW and OFG were looking to go younger...so we took on the players that wanted one last hurrah in the WL before they are sent to the scrap heap.

In all honesty, we knew that BFM sucked after their first two games. We didn't think they sucked that bad. Remember this isn't a gutted team. They still have WL Leveled dots. They are just poorly built WL leveled dots. So while we didn't Take our foot off their throat while we played them, we also didn't ask them to let us pad our stats against them.
