I run my own offense every game.... this goes to show your "team" you are supposedly putting together next season is going to be shit. I don't think its difficult to recruit good Pee Wee agents, and it really isn't difficult to win games either. Just have a solid grasp on what you are trying to accomplish, get agents that will build dots that go along with what you want to do, and have some idea about how the game works and you are golden.

The Cows did also, and for some reason they keep building us little Pee Wee dots every season. This might sound stupid, but whoring the Pee Wee forums with Mooooo and shit like that is great for team morale and allows people to "take ownership" in the team. If you are only about dot ball, the luster wears off and people get bored. Its the stupid shit and activity in the forums that keep things going. Its not the dots. Winning dot ball games doesn't hurt anything though.
