This isn't far off for a level 4 player on most pee wee teams, maybe sone stats are higher than what I have listed

On all of the above rolls/SP assignments, I'm still not expecting to have great success....maybe 20% completions....as the players progress as described, I'd like to see 40-50% completions by the end of a Pee Wee season.

Just enough to make it a legitimate threat where defenses have to plan for it.

IMO we should be better than Jamarcus Russell at level 1.

I don't know if this has been covered but the D should definitely be blitzing the safeties off the corner considering that is what the QB will face 99% of the time in a game that matters.

IMO, after about game 11, the fun should start.. If you boosted, aiyaiyai lol, than the fun started earlier..

Just means, IMO, that with thos numbers, there is not much SP in their secondary and third attributes, which makes them one-sided.. IMO, one-sided is how you should plan.. D-Leagues are full of these..

Ok, let me know the builds that I should put on to the players and give me some plays to run. That way nobody can complain that it wasn't tested thoroughly.

Well, we all know that someone will anyway but at least this way the whole pee wee community can feel like they were involved in this.

have you checked pee wee lately, almost everyone follows the one sided build plan, they cap the primary first, most take it to the 2nd cap before moving on

Since we are mostly interested in the passing:

QB

Strength - 14
Blocking – 8
Speed - 10
Tackling – 8
Agility - 13
Throwing – 52 + 4 EQ = 56
Jumping - 10
Catching -10
Stamina – 14
Carrying - 13
Vision – 20
Kicking – 8
Confidence - 16
Punting – 8

TE

Strength - 18
Blocking - 16
Speed - 48 + 4 EQ = 52
Tackling - 10
Agility - 13
Throwing – 8
Jumping – 8
Catching – 29
Stamina - 10
Carrying - 10
Vision - 16
Kicking – 8
Confidence - 13
Punting – 8

WR

Strength – 22
Blocking – 10
Speed – 22 + 4 EQ = 26
Tackling – 8
Agility - 14
Throwing – 8
Jumping - 14
Catching – 49
Stamina – 13
Carrying - 10
Vision - 16
Kicking – 8
Confidence - 16
Punting – 8

WR2

Strength – 49 + 4 EQ = 53
Blocking – 8
Speed – 22
Tackling – 8
Agility - 14
Throwing – 8
Jumping - 14
Catching – 22
Stamina – 13
Carrying - 10
Vision - 16
Kicking – 8
Confidence - 16
Punting – 8

This seems about right for a few Level 4's, which is where I suggest testing. If we make it too easy to pass at level 1, we will look WAAAY to good by level 11 when playoffs hit.

Though maybe that isn't so bad.

Yea, I know, which leads to the testing, yada yada, got it..

I'm just saying that at level 4, or 5 for that matter, with capped catching and throwing respectively, really be able to catch or complete 50-60% without their secondary and 3rd attributes close to cap..

I mean sure they can catch, but given defense, pressure, yada yada, shouldn't they be mixed in as well.. So maybe we should throw some numbers on the otherside of the ball as well..

I still think if your throwing 50 times to receivers and they are not catching or don't want to catch, or your QB just can't hit the target, maybe moving in another direction on offense would be a good idea, JMHO..

My team's quarterbacks are already achieving those types of completion percentages. Granted, we are not getting 150 yds/gm, but we throw a lot by pee wee standards and most of those passes go to WRs. Check their stats.

If we really want to improve pee wee passing, I want to have a consistent 50-60% completion rate throughout the entire season - preseason through playoffs **with good builds and a good gameplan, of course.**

Look at the running game. In a competitive game, we expect/hope for 4-5 yards/carry both at the beginning of the season and at the end of the season. Why can't we expect the same consistency from the passing game.
