Agreed, but I can tell you that it won't be me if everyone agrees to get on board. I already plan to make half as many players next season as what I have now.

I'm dropping from my 18 guys a season (I end up spending about 2,000-3,000 flex a season and use 2,000 renewed) down to about 4-5. So think about that if 100 agents were to do that. There's 120,000 flex down, not to mention some users (TT) make ALL of one side of a ball and add C/E plus boost. So you figure, 1,000 per player at a non-glamour spot, times that by just the O-line and ST units = Loss of about 18,000 flex for Bort just off a basic 5 man ST unit and 4 G/ 4 OT/ 2C/1 K/P.

I am considering fielding a team next season consisting entirely of O-linemen. A center playing WR would have the same utility (none) as a WR this season so why pay the extra 200 flex. Since they are all starting at lvl 1 the auto lvl gain don't amount to that much so all you are really giving up the out of position penalties.

Edited for spelling failure.

Rob was on a team like that last year. "There's an OoPP?" or something. He'd be able to tell you if it worked or not. Problem I'd see is that you wouldn't be able to get over and make the block.

They didn't test which player had the biggest OOP though.... You might want to make five WRs - C, G, T, K, and P to see which players play the best there.

Also for seasons now people have been playing TEs at WR and they work just fine for only 100 flex difference.

I was on it, we lost to alot of cpu teams. field a team of all o-linemen on offense, not defense, they just can't catch up

Team I co-own, Chevy, has 5 TEs and 2 WRs. Both WRs are meant to be blockers. The TEs just have that natural ability to catch the ball better and they throw better natural blocks on the outside, which really helps open it up a bit.

If you haven't seen any of my posts pleading for players, I will be fielding a non-boosting no CE allowed team this season. Although I was doing it to prove that boosting and CE aren't essential for winning, I kinda feel like I have accidentally supported the cause for better or worse haha. Although I think pee wee passing should be fixed, I think there are much bigger things needed to be worked on (does anybody remember coaches?).

I'm one of the alleged 10-year olds that the OP was referring to. I'm not in favor of anything being done to peewee passing. Bort's time is limited enough as it is, and there are more pressing concerns (to me) than passing not working at the lowest level of the game. To the argument that "It USED to work--Bort changed something", my reply is "So what?". Bort changes things all the time--usually because players further into the career arc aren't performing as expected. But nobody really expects peewee players to be much when it comes to passing the football.

But if you guys care that much about it, you should at least give your position a go in the only forum that ever gets anything changed. That forum is the main "Goal Line Blitz" forum located 4 forums below the "Suggestions" forum. If you can rally enough support there, Bort occasionally drops in for a drive-by chat.

Good luck.

and that has worked out really well for your threads. hasn't it????

Therein lies the problem. Bort seems to think the only leagues that matter are the pro and world leagues. I've actually been debating whether to retire my 2 main players and only create peewees but right now, watching peewee games is absolutely no fun.

I was considering selling my team at the end of the season. If enough teams agree not to boost or buy CE I will probably keep my team for one more season.

Oh my god people. It's the freaking Pee Wees. You act like this is the World League and our players are supposed to be great. Get over yourselves. Pee Wees is nothing more than human owned D-League teams. In simple terms, used solely for playing time and nothing more.
