As everyone who follows the NFL, I was just as shocked watching the raiders win today, their dbacks were ferocious, even with out asamwande, sure I misspelled that

well it's a little different then giants/cowboys for the simple fact that some people route for the home team. When the home team is in oakland, then la, then oakland and your from la and there other team leaves as well....well you are basically stuck routing for the Chargers. I understand your point. but at least he's not routing for the Broncos and the raiders, it's a california thing...

I root for a team that can't convert TDs in the RZ and has one of the worst o-line in years (due to injuries and just poor judgment).

Goooooooooooooooo Packers. We are looking to get a Wildcard this year, with Vikes playing this good and they already beat us that MNF, well we are kinda falling far behind. I will settle for anything above 8-8 this year, heck if we just do better than last years 6-10, then i will be happy. NFC North:

1. Vikings
2. Packers
3. Bears
4. Lions.

The Packers would be fine if they could figure out their offensive line woes. Giving up five sacks to the Lions when they were missing three of their defensive line starters? After the bye week, no less!

If Aaron Rodgers ever gets consistent protection, Green Bay becomes a serious threat to everyone.

I agree that Rodgers is very good. I really question Packer management for insisting on getting rid of many of their veteran o-line who could still perform. As a Cowboys fan though I am not too sad about it.

Agreed, Oline is awful this season, noone is playing well on the line and its gonna be the death of our season if it doesnt get fixed somehow.......but what do you do at this point.

If our line protected Aaron better, i have no doubt we would be the team in 1st in the division. For now we have to listen to all this Favre BS though, cant wait till he chokes later in the season or your first playoff game.

Can't agree more. D/O-line is really where the "real" battle is won and we are losing badly. Harrell waste of pick and Raji is on the way to be a Harrell-like situation if his injury problems continue.

I could accept him going to Jets, not a real rival or someone we would meet often. But Vikings? Thats just bad blood and bad feelings in a lethal combo. I think he still is a great QB, but i doubt he will last all season. It seems people keep forgetting how well he played the first few games for the Jets and how it all turned out in the end.

I don't think people are forgetting it...honestly, I think most Vikings fans are just crossing their fingers. We'll just have to see how it plays out.

And as for having to listen to all the Favre BS...now Packer fans know how bad it was for the rest of the league while he was a Packer. It's always been like that.

I have been a long time SF Fan and cannot help but remain one even though they haven't been very good in a while.

I still have a bad taste in my mouth when they drafted Alex Smith instead of Aaron Rodgers though he hasn't looked
as bad recently.

They have made decent picks the past few seasons though am not happy with the attitude that Davis showed in the
beginning as well as the attitude that Crabtree has demonstrated (hoping like Vernon he can be redeeemed).

With Singletary at the helm, I hope what they have shown recently is only the tip of the Iceberg yet to emerge

A few more pieces added in the likes of Willis and they can once again contend with anyone.

Something as strange as a Danish Packer fan.

Rodgers is looking better. But with the state of our o-line he has very little chance to do anything. SF is looking good, you have a franchise RB, something the Packers can't say. I really like Gore, I think he is a great runner, plus I'm loving the attitude Singletary has brought to the team and the discipline! That is something Packers are lacking BIG time. I think 49'ers have a better shot at playoffs than Packers at this point. We need to draft o-line, o-line and CB/LB next draft. Maybe even add the first big splash for a player in recent memory.
